The two most important factors in attaining any goal are to know where you are and where you want to go. The rest is in the details.

Using interviews, 360-degree feedback instruments and leadership evaluations such as The Harrison Assessment, we establish a baseline for the executive: What are your strengths and where are your challenges.

From there we establish goals for the coaching engagement, develop a plan to attain them, and begin the rigorous work of getting from one place to another.
